| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. BASIS OF SALE (a) The customer must be responsible for the suitability of goods or materials ordered. No condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied as to the suitability of goods or materials for any particular purpose or for use and any specific condition notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made to us. (b) In accepting delivery of the goods, you acknowledge that no representations whether verbal or in writing have been made by us or by any officer, servant, or agent of ours which have induced you to enter the contract for the purchase of the goods. 2. DELIVERY (a) We will deliver to kerbside only. Our drivers will only enter private property under their discretion and express understanding that any damage caused, is solely the responsibility of the purchaser or his/her agents. (b) Delivery dates and times stated in any form are guidelines only. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times due to factors outside our control, and as a result recommend that you do not hire labour reliant on delivery. We will not compensate/reimburse for failed or delayed delivery for whatever reason. 3. DEFECTIVE GOODS (a) The Customer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within two working days of delivery, notify the Company in writing of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage, or failure to comply with description or sample (save where such defect is not reasonably apparent from an initial inspection or testing). If the Customer fails to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be in accordance with the Agreement and free from any defect or damage which will be apparent on a reasonable inspection of the Goods and the Customer shall be deemed to have accepted them. The Customer shall notify in writing the Company of any non-delivery of the whole consignment within 14 days of the date of dispatch as stated on the invoice or as soon as reasonably possible thereafter. 4. CANCELLATION & RETURNS a) Orders may not be cancelled by customers except with our explicit consent. Orders for goods made or cut to order cannot be cancelled once complete. b) Due to the nature of the goods, customers are responsible for the transportation of refunds. c) We can collect goods requiring a refund however, we reserve the right to apply a collection charge in line with our usual delivery rates. d) Returned goods may be subject to a restocking charge e) Any items incorrectly delivered will be collected and replaced free-of-charge. You have 14 days to request a return/refund for non-faulty goods, and 30 days for faulty goods (subject to clause 3.a) 5. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES a) Products and prices are subject to change without notice. b) We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product (or any part or content thereof) without notice c) We shall not be liable to the customer or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of products. |

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days.. You must inform us within five working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
